When will I receive the tile? ( I have ordered) | I make the tile when I receive your order. Lead time is from 3 to 6 weeks depending on how big the order is and how many orders I have ahead of you. Once in a while an order may take as longer if a tile is boken and I have to start all over again or for very big orders. Add to this the shipping time. |

How do you ship? | I ship my tiles UPSP now, as I have moved far from any UPS location. If you need the tiles to be shipped faster, I will email you to pay the additional shipping cost. |
