If you wish to purchasing an item, just email me with the name of the item & page. If I have the item in stock, I can ship it right away. If you need custom colors, send me color the samples snail mail. I will make you one test tile for $15. I will send this first. This amount will be applied to your total. If you want something that I don't have in stock, I will begin to work on it when you send me half the amount. When I ship, I will email you the tracking number and shipping & the shipping cost. Depending on the size of the job it can take 3 weeks to 6 weeks. (lamps take the longest) I will ship UPS ground unless you request different. | ||||||||
